While some would say Rhea is a high-energy outsourced business operations manager, her clients say she is a business operations “fixer,” specialising in start-ups and small companies. She advises across business functions of a company, streamlining and optimising internal systems, and bringing order and discipline to achieve best practices, more productive employees, and efficiently run operations. As an HR and business operations consultant, her bag of tricks includes deep experience in the areas of human resources, accounting – especially outsourced bookkeeping for start-ups and small businesses – and key aspects of operational infrastructure.

Outside of work, Rhea is a HUGE sports fan. Lucky for her, the Bay Area has a wealth of great teams. She describes herself as a self-confessed foodie who loves red wine, champagne, and traveling the world in search of unique culinary experiences. On the weekends, you can find her wandering the trails of the Bay Area with her beloved Golden Retriever. While she gets great pleasure and inspiration from quality time with family and friends, her ultimate joy comes from the life adventure she promised her husband. She told him, “As soon as I saw you, I knew an adventure was going to happen,” and it’s been happening every day since.
